The LL.M. program in Intellectual Property Law is governed by two ordinances in which, inter alia, the critertia for admission, the passing and failure of exams are detailed. Due to their official character, these documents are exclusively availabe in German. They include:

- Exam Ordinance (Prüfungsordnung)

- Admission Ordinance (Eignungsordnung)
